6. To work with BGSB to share best practice and ensure efficiencies in the running of the school

10. To encourage pupils to develop personal qualities through supporting others and representing the school, and to ensure that opportunities for leadership abound

12. To ensure that UCAS, careers and options advice and support systems continue to enable all pupils to make informed choices and give them every opportunity to succeed
